Kingston Home Services provides a local, highly flexible and friendly home maintenance and repair service in and around Kingston upon Thames. The business is managed by independent multi-skilled tradesmen who are young and enthusiastic…and get jobs finished quickly, skilfully and efficiently. We take pride in our work and aim to develop long-term relationships with each of our customers and benefit from repeat business and recommendations.
We recognise that every customer’s needs are different and the importance of listening carefully to what our customers require and then working with their time frames, budgets and personal circumstances – and then communicating with them as a job is progressed and finished.
Many of our customers have recently moved home and into a property where a couple of rooms need redecorating, or where leaky taps need repairing, power points added, new light fixtures fitted, stiff doors and windows fixed and a leaf filled gutters cleared. Some clients simply need someone to assemble or reassemble flat-pack furniture.
We also undertake larger projects involving a multiple of trades from carpentry, plastering and general building work through to plumbing. Whatever the requirement, we adapt our service to your needs.
We believe our prices are reasonable and so do our existing clients. We charge hourly rates for smaller jobs and will always give an estimate of hours required in advance. For larger jobs we will give you a fixed price quote for time and materials, allowing you to budget for the work that needs undertaking.
