Office Maintenance & Repairs

One of the biggest issues facing anybody embarking in an office refurbishment is the knock on effect on the business day as most offices simply cannot close for business whilst this work is being undertaken. It is for that reason our proposition is one of total flexibility.

Many of our projects are scheduled to start at 5 pm on a Friday evening when workers are going to be away for the weekend and delivered in whole or part by early on the Monday morning to avoid disruption. We can also undertake work in evenings. Our belief is that if you plan for minimum disruption you can achieve a much more successful project and have happier and more productive staff.

In many office refurbishments. there is a requirement to remove some items and create space for working. To cater for this we have links with both removal and storage companies enabling us to offer a one stop shop.

We also undertake assembly and dismantling of office furniture and internal reorganisation of furniture.

As our reputation for undertaking this type of work has grown, we are increasingly being asked to undertake Property Maintenance contracts, so that our clients are able to rest assured that their properties are well maintained.

We believe our prices are reasonable and so do our existing clients. We charge hourly rates for smaller jobs and will always give an estimate of hours required in advance. For larger jobs we will give you a fixed price quote for time and materials, allowing you to budget for the work that needs undertaking.
